Qualifications

• Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA).
• Strong reading and writing to follow directions and chart data.
• Excellent verbal communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered personal care including bathroom assistance and vital signs.
• Assist transferring, repositioning and walking with proper techniques.
• Support dining experiences and assist residents with meals and supplements.
• Document resident care and behaviors.
• Hand care items and linens; keep environment safe and clean.
