Job summary

Palm Beach Nursing Center in Lake Worth Beach, Florida seeks an experienced MDS Director (RN/LPN) to oversee the MDS process, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive resident-centered care. Leadership of the care-planning team and collaboration with interdisciplinary staff are essential.

The role requires 3+ years as an MDS Coordinator in a Skilled Nursing Facility, with strong PDPM and Medicare knowledge and excellent leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an MDS Coordinator in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Strong knowledge of MDS, PDPM, Medicare guidelines, and care-planning processes.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the MDS process and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor accuracy and timeliness of MDS assessments.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning.
• Provide leadership to nursing staff and in-service education.
