What You Will Do
The MDS Coordinator - RNAC plays a crucial role in the overall success in our facilities by ensuring MDS and patient assessments are completed correctly and timely. As the RNAC, you will work side by side with our Nursing staff to finalize medical records for patient discharge and makes sure coding is entered correctly.
