We are seeking a dedicated MDS Coordinator | RN to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. This is a hybrid position based at Highland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Job Responsibilities

As a MDS Coordinator | RN, your primary responsibilities include:

• Timely and accurate completion of the RAI process and care management from admission to discharge, following company policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and certification guidelines.
• Tracking Minimum Data Set, discharges, admissions, and other relevant data.
• Coordinating information systems operations and providing education for the clinical department under the guidance of the Director of Nursing and VP of Clinical Reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the practicing state.
• Prior MDS experience is highly preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Case-Mix, Medicare PPS, Medicaid reimbursement, OBRA regulations, and the MDS process.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
