Join our team at Yardley Rehabilitation as an MDS Coordinator. We are part of Marquis Health Consulting Services and are looking for a part-time employee for 24 hours a week. The MDS Coordinator ensures accurate completion of assessments critical for resident care.

Responsibilities include supervising MDS documentation, verifying compliance, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Candidates should possess a current RN license and at least three years of experience in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Responsibilities
