What Will You Do in This Role?

As an INTERIM MDS Coordinator | RN, you will ensure the timely and accurate completion of the RAI process and care management from admission to discharge, following company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, including the Minimum Data Set, discharge, and admission tracking. Under the guidance of the Director of Nursing and VP of Clinical Reimbursement, you may also coordinate information systems operations and staff education within the clinical department.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
• Current RN license in your practicing state
• Prior MDS experience highly preferred
• At least one year of experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Knowledge of Case-Mix, Medicare PPS, and Medicaid reimbursement preferred
• Understanding of Quality Indicator processes, OBRA regulations, and MDS
• Care planning knowledge required
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
