What You’ll Do

As an MDS Coordinator (RN), you will lead and coordinate the completion of resident assessments to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that meet both clinical and personal goals of each resident.

What We’re Looking For
  • Active RN License in good standing (Iowa or ability to obtain).
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • MDS Certification (RAC-CT) or willingness to obtain upon hire.
  • Experience with MDS 3.0/RAI Manual and background in long-term care or gerontological nursing is strongly preferred.
