Atrium Centers in Wisconsin is seeking a Full-Time MDS Coordinator, ideal for RNs/LPNs moving into MDS. You will ensure accurate clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and appropriate reimbursement while supporting resident-centered care.
This role emphasizes collaboration with nursing, therapy, dietary, and social services to gather information and maintain alignment. Training is available for the right candidate with strong clinical skills.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, attention to detail, and working behind the scenes to support both resident care and facility outcomes.
