Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking an RN MDS Nurse to uphold clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care within a mission-driven, employee-owned environment.

You will coordinate MDS documentation, oversee CAAs, RAIs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure reimbursement alignment and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• 1+ year of long-term care experience
• MDS Coordinator experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of MDS, RAI process, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, dependable, and detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent attendance and professionalism

Responsibilities
