Linden Court is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as MDS RN Coordinator, joining a collaborative team of nurses, therapists, social services, dietary, activities, and leadership to ensure exceptional resident care.
You will coordinate MDS assessments, lead the care planning process, and support admissions, evaluations, and care transitions. A current RN license and strong assessment skills are required; join a team dedicated to compassion and professionalism.
