Job Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents
- Assist in onboarding new team members
- Coordinate assessments using RAI tools to support individualized resident care
- Manage resident care plans and advocate for residents
- Oversee resident assessments for reimbursement and report transmission
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (preferably BSN)
- At least one year of nursing management experience in long-term care
- Two years of professional nursing experience in relevant settings
- Knowledge of Resident Assessment Instrument, Care planning, and MDS 2.0
- Familiarity with OBRA regulations and current reimbursement guidelines
- Knowledge of laws affecting nursing facility care
