NHC HealthCare Fort Oglethorpe, located in north Georgia near Chattanooga, seeks an RN to join the team as an MDS Coordinator. The role is full time, Monday–Friday, and focuses on conducting and documenting accurate patient assessments, interviewing patients and families, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to complete resident assessment protocols and care plans.

Responsibilities
