Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:

• Prior MDS/RAI experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must have a valid, current/active RN nursing licensure for the state of VA.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing.
