Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current unencumbered state licensure.
• Long Term Care Experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the MDS documentation and PPS submission process.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary participation in completing the MDS for new admissions and continuous reviews.
• Maintains schedule of MDS assessments and ensures timely data entry and electronic submissions.
• Ensures regulatory compliance for MDS timelines, level of care changes, and care planning.
