Qualifications
Must have a minimum of two years of experience in a post-acute/skilled nursing facility, LTC or hospital.
Experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching is required.
Responsibilities
Perform assessments of new patients and transmit MDS report forms.
Plan and coordinate educational and on-the-job training programs.
Develop and maintain records and reports pertinent to in-service educational programs.
Work with the business office to ensure correct benefits packages for employees.

Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices
Education
Clear & Active LVN/LPN or RN license in the State
DSD Certified preferred
