Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center is seeking an MDS Coordinator to ensure timely, accurate MDS assessments and regulatory compliance. The role requires an active RN license and at least three years in a long-term care setting, with prior MDS/RAI experience and strong attention to detail.

Hourly Range: $38.00 – $48.00/hr (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE
