Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking an experienced MDS RN Coordinator in Raleigh, NC. The RN is preferred and will coordinate resident MDS activities, ensure timely assessments, and support quality of care across the post-acute continuum.

Qualifications

• Active, current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience coordinating MDS processes preferred.
