Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a RN-Case Mix Coordinator / MDS Coordinator to join our post-acute care team. This Monday–Friday role focuses on case mix coordination and MDS processes, supporting resident care plans and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, demonstrate proactive and professional patient care, and participate in our Nurse Career Growth programs and merit increases as part of a supportive, equal-opportunity workplace.

Qualifications
