Job summary

Spring Meadows Health and Rehab in Clarksville, TN is seeking an MDS Coordinator to ensure accurate assessments and regulatory compliance across our skilled nursing facility. You will lead the MDS/RAI process from start to finish, coordinate interdisciplinary care planning, and educate staff on MDS processes.
