1. Director of Nursing
2. Assistant Director of Nursing
3. Registered Nurses (RNs) - FT, sign-on bonus $5000, 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a)
4. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) - FT, sign-on bonus $3000, 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a)
5. RN Unit Manager - FT, sign-on bonus $7500, first shift 7a-3p
6. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) - FT, sign-on bonus $2000, all shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a)
7. RN or LPN MDS Coordinator
8. Transport Driver
