Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Hampton, VA is seeking a Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to manage master data, BOMs, RMAs, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. The role collaborates with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Sales to support audits and processes.

The position focuses on controlling documentation via Teamcenter and ETQ, producing monthly status reports, and maintaining compliance with ITAR and AS9100 standards. On-site work only.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• One year of relative work experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of ITAR and U.S. work eligibility requirements.
• Experience with internal auditing and AS9100 knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage master data and documentation records within company systems.
• Prepare and distribute periodic reports to management and departments.
• Process RMAs and control customer return workflows in Howmet systems and ETQ.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Sales on documentation and audits.
• Maintain retention of physical and electronic specifications and records.
