Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data solutions using Reltio MDM platform.
• Configure and manage Reltio MDM entities, workflows, and data models.
• Build and support API integrations between Reltio and upstream/downstream systems.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and distribution.
• Perform advanced SQL‑based data analysis and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Implement dimensional data models including star and snowflake schemas in data warehouse environments.
• Work on data integration, transformation, and migration activities across enterprise systems.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, data quality, and performance optimization standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including data architects, business analysts, and application teams.
• Use Git‑based CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/GitLab) for version control and deployment automation.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, Gemini, or similar) to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Reltio MDM, including configuration and API usage.
• Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience in building data models, pipelines, and API integrations.

• Exposure to AWS or other cloud‑based data services and databases.
• Experience with dimensional modeling (star and snowflake schemas).
• Strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Git‑based CI/CD tools (GitHub or GitLab).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, or Google Gemini.
