Job summary

Indegene Inc. seeks an Onsite Lead/Manager to oversee the migration of Informatica MDM from on-prem to Cloud MDM (SaaS) for a Life Sciences program. The role requires strong hands-on MDM expertise, data modeling, and PySpark skills within cloud environments.

You will coordinate with Commercial Operations, IT Data Management, CRM teams, and offshore vendors onsite in Foster City to ensure a compliant, high-quality migration of critical master data assets.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Informatica MDM (on prem and cloud/SaaS).
• Proven experience leading MDM migration projects end to end.
• Solid proficiency in PySpark, Python, SQL, and distributed data processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle migration of Informatica MDM On Prem to Informatica Cloud MDM (SaaS).
• Define migration strategy, sequencing, dependency mapping, and risk mitigation plans.
• Oversee data model, match merge rules, trust rules, hierarchies and entity configurations during migration.
• Ensure alignment with Life Sciences data governance standards.
