The Addison Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Manager of Master Data Management to lead data governance and architecture initiatives within the Data & BI divisions. The role will help integrate acquisitions and standardize data processes across the enterprise.

You will manage a team, drive data quality, and deliver end-to-end MDM projects using SQL, Python, and SSIS in a Microsoft environment, with strong collaboration to set KPI governance and automation standards.

Formación

• 5+ years in Master Data Management within data governance.
• Experience in full lifecycle MDM projects: requirements, implementation, testing, automation.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data integration tools.
• Experience leading on-shore/off-shore teams and owning initiatives.
• Strong communication with business and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead MDM initiatives across data governance and architecture.
• Develop data processes/automation to set new standards.
• Collaborate with BI teams and stakeholders to define KPIs.
• Manage direct reports and coordinate on-shore/off-shore teams.
