Job summary

RCR Technology Corporation seeks an experienced MDM ETL Expert / Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and hands-on delivery for Master Data Management services supporting the HHSi2 project for the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. The role focuses on Informatica MDM, PowerCenter, data integration, data quality, and governance to support a unified statewide MDM view.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in MDM, ETL, data integration, enterprise data platforms.
5+ years of hands-on Informatica MDM and Informatica PowerCenter experience.
Strong experience developing ETL mappings, mapplets, sessions, workflows, and troubleshooting Informatica jobs.
Strong SQL experience with large MDM and DBMS enterprise relational platforms.
Experience with data quality, matching, unique client identifiers, standardization, reconciliation, and data governance concepts.
Experience with Python programming for scripting, automation, testing, or data processing support.

Responsibilities

Own MDM technical solution delivery and design MDM solutions to meet business needs.
Lead Informatica MDM and related ETL delivery activities.
Automate data staging by scheduling scripts to improve performance.
Develop MDM jobs by creating mappings, mapplets, sessions, and workflows.
Schedule and monitor ETL/Informatica jobs across dev, test, and production environments.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide guidance to development teams.
