Job summary

Evident Europe GmbH is seeking a decisive IT MDM Leader to architect, accelerate, and enforce enterprise-wide master data management (MDM) with SAP/S/4HANA focus. You will chair governance, align executives, and drive cross-functional data standards across business units.

This high-visibility role requires strong governance, data architecture, and cross-system collaboration to deliver value on time and within budget.

Qualifications

10+ years IT project and program management experience.
At least 5 years leading complex MDM initiatives in SAP (ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA).
Proven leadership of large cross-functional teams.
Deep SAP master data knowledge and governance expertise.

Responsibilities

Drive Executive Alignment: chair the Data Governance Council for decisive actions.
Strategic Prioritization: frame data demands by impact, risk, and resources.
High-Stakes Problem Solving: resolve risks and roadblocks with data-driven decisions.
Accountability & Execution: lead end-to-end MDM programs with budgets and timelines.
Architect Solutions: define SAP master data requirements that map to business needs.
Enforce Governance: oversee data quality, migration, and governance in SAP environments.
Business Transformation: translate data structures into strategic outcomes.
Inspire & Mobilize: lead analysts, data stewards, and external vendors.
Drive Velocity: push for rapid, deliberate execution in key phases.
Vendor Accountability: manage external consultants to align with internal scope.
