Job summary

Highmark Health invites applications for the Summer 2027 Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst Graduate Internship. You will gain hands‑on exposure to enterprise data management, data quality, governance, and cloud‑based data platforms across a leading healthcare organization.

As part of the MDM team, you’ll work with data professionals, stakeholders, and technology partners on projects involving critical datasets, develop reports, and contribute to strategic data governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part‑time in an accredited college or university.
• Fields include Data Analytics, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics or related.
• Effective communication is required when interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day‑to‑day objectives.
• Participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills.
• Support planning and implementation of unit initiatives.
• Contribute to research and reporting with recommendations when requested.
• Engage in enrichment programs related to the operating unit.
