Job summary

Shaarpro is seeking an experienced MDM Consultant to design, implement, and support Master Data Management solutions across enterprise systems in a hybrid role with occasional Plano location visits.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management, plus hands-on experience with Oracle MDM and data modeling. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts and governance.
• Experience in data quality, reference data, and metadata management.
• Technical ability to translate business requirements into specs.
• 5–10 years in MDM, data governance, or enterprise data management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document MDM requirements.
• Design and support MDM data models, rules, hierarchies, and survivorship.
• Configure MDM tools and platforms per project standards.
• Support data profiling, cleansing, migration, and consolidation.
