Job summary

Vistar, a leading candy, snack, and beverage distributor, is hiring a Master Data Management Analyst in the Denver metro area. You will support data integrity across customer, supplier, item, and related domains, partnering with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, and IT to drive reporting and process improvements.

You will identify trends, validate data, and implement automation to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Hybrid work options are available and a Day 1 benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in master data management, analytics, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Proficient Excel with formulas, PivotTables, and lookups.
• Experience gathering, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative by nature.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute reporting for enterprise master data initiatives.
• Analyze customer, supplier, item, and other master data for trends and discrepancies.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Investigate data quality issues and coordinate root-cause analysis with partners.
