Job summary

CNSS • National Security Systems seeks multilingual Language Analysts for NSA missions across multiple locations. The role emphasizes translating, transcribing, and analyzing foreign language materials to support SIGINT and cyber operations.

Expectations include ILR 2/2 proficiency, relevant analytic experience, and potential participation in LADP or direct hire tracks. Work involves collaboration with partners within the Intelligence Community and a focus on producing high-quality assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum language proficiency of ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for the target language.
• At least one year of relevant experience in language or related fields such as intelligence analysis or cybersecurity.
• For Full Performance and Senior levels, leadership experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, translate, and transcribe foreign language materials.
• Collaborate with NSA and Intelligence Community partners.
• Produce written and oral assessments for analytic purposes.
• Mentor and lead other Language Analysts as needed.
