Qualifications

• 3+ years of complex litigation paralegal experience.
• MDL (Multi-district Litigation) experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with legal research tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and cite-check legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Manage case files, maintain document organization, and track deadlines.
• Coordinate and oversee document production, including e-discovery processes.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and vendors as needed.
• Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trial.
