Solar Solution is seeking an Experienced Sales Representative to close residential solar contracts in Maryland, with company-generated leads and opportunities to generate your own leads. You will educate homeowners on solar benefits and present customized proposals, with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

This full-time role reports to the Residential Sales Manager and offers the potential to earn $100,000 to $200,000+ annually as monthly sales goals are achieved.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales of a minimum of two years.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferable knowledge of solar PV.
• Positive, hardworking attitude.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to be the best.
• Goal Oriented.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Have a drivers license.
• Have a vehicle to go to site visits.

Responsibilities

• Close solar contracts for residential properties throughout Maryland.
• Sell with company-generated leads and self-generated leads for higher commission.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and present customized solar proposals.
• Explain available options (leases, loans, purchases) and help homeowners choose the best fit.
