The University of Central Florida is seeking an Academic Program Administrator to support the MD program at the UCF College of Medicine in Orlando. You will coordinate longitudinal courses and assist with curriculum operations to ensure smooth delivery across four years.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience. Preferred candidates have program coordination and project management skills, with healthcare education experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating academic programs or curricula is preferred.
• Experience in medical education or healthcare settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Longitudinal Advanced Skills and Professional Development courses within the MD program.
• Monitor student attendance, assignments, and skills assessments to ensure curriculum requirements.
• Manage scheduling, room reservations, and development of course materials; coordinate faculty and guest speakers.
• Serve as primary contact for students and faculty regarding course questions and issues.
