Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions seeks an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensed or in the process to obtain licensure in Maryland to work in SNF/LTC settings. This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule and requires 1 year of recent PTA experience in SNF/LTC.

The PTA will provide care under appropriate supervision, document patient progress, and support the organization’s mission and goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in SNF/LTC required.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license within the state of practice (MD) or in the process of obtaining it.

Responsibilities
