Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients nationwide. This role is based in Maryland with hybrid in-office and remote work, and requires pursuing independent licensure as LCPC.

Clinicians will maintain a full caseload, deliver telehealth and in-person sessions, and work within a supportive team. The position offers competitive pay up to $56,000, benefits, and ongoing credentialing support.

Competenze

• Approved by the board as a LGPC.
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Maryland.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
