Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Maryland licensure as an LCPC to provide telehealth sessions from Maryland. This role offers a ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours per week and 25 sessions with 30 hours available.

As a W2 employee, you’ll receive health insurance, loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other benefits while delivering evidence-based care to clients nationwide through a hybrid/telehealth model.

Formación

• Must be LGPC approved by the board.
• Seeking independent Maryland licensure.
• Completed an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Experience treating depression and anxiety.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnoses under supervision preferred.
• Available for at least 25 sessions weekly and 30 hours.
• Open to treating diverse client populations, including couples and children.
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide telehealth counseling and assessments under supervision.
• Deliver evidence-based mental health care to clients nationwide.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and peers to maintain care quality.
