Job summary

American Christmas is seeking installers to set up displays at client locations across the Mid-Atlantic. You will work on ladders and lifts indoors and outdoors, using hand and power tools to safely install holiday décor.

Successful candidates are physically able to lift 50 pounds, comfortable with overnight shifts, and committed to safety. Driving duties may be required for some assignments.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on ladders and lifts at heights.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted.
• Willingness to work overtime and overnight shifts.
• Familiar with basic rigging and electrical decor wiring.

Responsibilities

• Install displays at client locations across the Mid-Atlantic.
• Rigging and securing hanging décor for interior and exterior spaces.
• Operate lifts and use hand/power tools.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and site cleanup.

Duties:Installing displays at client locations mostly in the Mid-AtlanticInstall work includes working on ladders and lifts on both interior and exterior décorUsing a variety of hand and power toolsRigging skills- i.e.- Aircraft cableElectrical Skills- Zip Cord/SJ CordMaintain high safety standards and techniques related to the jobRemoving Displays at the end of the holiday seasonExecuting basic rigging for safely securing hanging décor for both interior and exterior locations.Opportunity for additional paid driving duties, A valid Drivers License & ability to provide types of trucks previously driven is required for this. Otherwise, a drivers license is not required.Must have reliable form of transportation to get too and from locations (Washington, DC. Baltimore, MD.
