Eastern North Carolina Medical Group - Middlesex, located in Nash County, is a full-service family practice, treating both children and adults. Our care team provides compassionate and personalized care. We offer same-day appointments and online scheduling.

We are slated to open a brand-new Medical Office Building in 2026 and looking to expand our Primary Care services by hiring additional physicians into the practice.

Services:

1. Preventive health care
2. Sick care
3. Well-child checks
4. Adolescent health
5. Management of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
6. Screening tests
7. Nutrition counseling
8. Immunizations and medication management

Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm
