Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Autumn Lake at Bridgepark in Baltimore, MD. You will support residents as they work toward doing more for themselves, one practical skill at a time.

You'll join a dedicated therapy team and collaborate with the supervising OT to plan and document treatments, help residents practice self-care, and track progress during their stay.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland COTA license.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Help residents practice self-care, coordination, and everyday tasks.
• Observe progress and communicate changes to the supervising OT.
• Document each treatment session and work with the care team.
