Job Description

The Claims Inside Auto Trainee Analyst II investigates automobile accidents to determine coverage, liability, damages, and negotiates claims within authority.

We are seeking an MD Adjuster who is goal-oriented, multitasks effectively, provides excellent customer service, adapts to change, and communicates empathetically.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle investigations related to auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages.
  2. Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate service skills.
  3. Utilize company systems and technology effectively.
  4. Collaborate on subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling.
  5. Understand insurance policies, industry standards, and organizational relationships.
  6. Recognize vehicle body parts and potential property damage.
Education & Experience

Preferred: 4-year Bachelor's Degree and 0-2 years of experience. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Additional Details

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation

Hourly base pay ranges from $22.84 to $26.44, based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation may include incentives such as bonuses or commissions.
