Job summary

Takeda China is seeking an experienced market professional to drive regional promotion strategies and build strong relationships with key customers.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma marketing, fluency in English, and solid communication skills. You will report to the regional manager and participate in onboarding and product training. Remote work options in Shenyang are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/medical market research or marketing.
• Experience in market strategy execution and reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute market promotion strategies for the company and region.
• Visit target customers daily; promote and maintain long-term relationships.
• Develop new customers; understand target customer needs.
• Accurately complete work reports.
• Implement company market activities; monitor competitors.
• Report market movements to district manager/ supervisor.
• Collect adverse product reaction information and report to relevant departments.
• Assist regional manager with onboarding and product knowledge training.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements.

1. 有效执行公司及所在区域的市场推广策略
2. 就目标客户日常拜访及宣传推广工作，合理安排客户拜访，与目标客户保持良好长期的合作关系。
3. 积极有效开发新客户，了解目标客户情况。
4. 及时、真实的完成各项工作报表。
5. 严格执行公司各项市场活动，了解竞争产品最新动态，准确传递产品信息。
6. 监控目标区域市场动向，及时向地区经理/主管汇报。
7. 收集患者使用产品后的不良反应信息，及时将相关信息汇报给公司相关部门。
8. 负责协助地区经理完成：
1) 新入职代表的上岗培训：熟悉客户、市场、公司报告系统及相关政策。
2) 协助地区经理在团队中进行产品知识的培训。
9. 100% 遵守合规所有的相关规定。

任职要求

大专以上学历，医、药专业或医、药市场营销专业为佳

5年以上医、药行业市场相关工作经验

熟练使用计算机办公软件

具备一定的英语听说读写能力

具有良好的语言表达能力及清晰的沟通协调能力

通过公司高代认证考试和RDPAC的认证考试
