CLASS TITLE: MCPS Middle School Gate Worker for consolidated sports

BASIC FUNCTION: Sponsor in various school extra-curricular programs.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:

• Promote extra-curricular programs in the schools and community.
• Plan the assigned extra-curricular program.
• Organize and supervise practices and meetings.
• Teach individual fundamental skills of the extra-curricular activity.
• Check eligibility of participants, including insurance coverage and parent consent.

LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Successful completion a criminal records check, current certification in first aid and CPR.
