The ideal candidate will lead billing operations, monitor AR performance, resolve denials, and drive cash flow improvements while ensuring payer compliance and staff development.

Qualifications

• SNF billing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of managed care billing and collections.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, Commercial insurance, and Part B billing.
• Ability to manage accounts receivable and reduce aging balances.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

We are seeking an experienced MCO Billing Manager to oversee billing and collections operations across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). This role is responsible for managing reimbursement processes related to Managed Care Part B, Commercial insurance, Managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and coinsurance billing.

The ideal candidate will have strong SNF billing experience, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of managed care reimbursement processes.
