Job summary

Pogue Construction in Texas is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee field operations on our projects. You will report directly to the on-site Superintendent and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of construction experience and be proficient with plans, specs, and RFI processes; we value teamwork, growth, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction teams and field operations preferred.
• Ability to read plans and specs; understanding of RFI processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Superintendent over your project
• Knowledge of plans and specs
• Assist Superintendent with project responsibilities including project start up and mobilization, drafting RFIs, posting drawings, as-built, scheduling, organizing & directing subcontractors, maintaining a clean and safe job site, quality control, organizing files and shop drawings
• Oversee punch list completion
• Follow and enforce all safety guidelines to ensure a safe jobsite
• Assist Superintendent with daily reports
• Assist in O.A.C. meetings
• Other tasks as assigned

• Report directly to Superintendent over your project
