Job summary

Trideum is seeking a Mission Command Information System (MCIS) Trainer to support Soldiers at Camp Parks, CA US Army Reserve. This full-time role delivers hands-on instruction on MCIS like CPCE, MMC-S, JDLM, and related simulations in classroom or field environments.

You will develop or update Programs of Instruction, lesson plans, and curricula, track student progress, and provide feedback to units from company to brigade level, ensuring readiness against IED/UAS threats and other NDS concepts.

Qualifications

• Develop and update lesson plans and curricula tailored to Soldiers and units.
• Deliver operator and staff training in classroom or field environments.
• Record training activity data and provide performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and maintain operator training packages for assigned systems.
• Deliver instructor-led training IAW approved training products and TSPs.
• Monitor enrollments, attendance, and program effectiveness; generate reports.
• Maintain proficiency in CPCE, MMC-S, JDLM, JBC-P, AFATDS and related MCIS.
• Update training materials to address DoW security and fielded MCIS requirements.
