• Master's degree in area of research specialty and five years of job related experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with administrative/claims data.

• Create and present clear reports and dashboards to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IHPR researchers and data scientists to address analytic needs.
• Manage large databases of health care claims and EHR data.
• Contribute to policy analyses and dissemination of findings.
