We are seeking a dedicated Full Cashier & Time Booker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves processing customer pay, internal, and warranty repair orders accurately and promptly, and determining technicians' flag rates. The ideal candidate shares our passion for delivering exceptional guest service and supports the Service Department as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Process internal and external claims with labor operations and manufacturer requirements
• Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness
• Enter labor operation codes and failure codes correctly
• Translate technician comments into damage and operation codes
• Charge and re-price parts as necessary
• Flag technicians for hours earned according to policies
• Support Cashiers with customer repair orders
• Stay informed on product changes, warranties, and new products
• Assist the Service Department as needed

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic math
• Attention to detail, good communication skills, and proficiency with office equipment
