Job summary

Werner seeks a Motor Control Centers Technical Specialist to assist customers in designing specifications and executing motor control and power products. You will prepare MCC proposals, analyze drawings, and size equipment safely and accurately, engaging with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and hands-on experience with BOMs, vendor software, and CRM logging will support successful project delivery in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-year certificate from technical school OR 2-3 years of electrical/electro-mechanical experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Produce MCC proposals and BOMs for customers and vendors.
• Validate electrical drawings to determine BOM needs.
• Perform horsepower and current-load calculations for proper sizing.
