Kaplan North America is seeking MCAT instructors to join our regional teaching team based in Philadelphia. You will teach in-person MCAT prep sessions at locations such as Villanova, UPenn, Temple, and more, traveling as needed.

We offer paid training, access to a curated curriculum, and ongoing development to sharpen teaching, presentation, and mentoring skills. This flexible, part-time role suits students and graduates seeking impactful, hands-on experience in medical school admissions testing.

Qualifications

• MCAT score above 515 required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently with a remote manager.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-person MCAT prep sessions across regional locations.
