Kaplan North America is seeking MCAT teaching enthusiasts to join our regional team serving College Station, Houston, Dallas, and Austin. You will teach in-person MCAT classes at multiple locations, collaborating with stakeholders to tailor content and using a curated curriculum to help students succeed on the MCAT.

Ideal candidates are current or recent pre-med students, with MCAT scores above 515, capable of working independently with a remote manager, and willing to travel as needed.

• MCAT score above 515 is required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to teach across multiple regional locations.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-person MCAT prep sessions across regional locations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor content for students.
• Prepare students using a curated MCAT curriculum.
• Support students in and out of class to build critical thinking.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve teaching and mentoring skills.
• Possibly take on additional part-time opportunities based on need.
